Chef Collin Clemons brings a spirit of exploration to every plate at 1540 Room. After honing his craft in kitchens from Minneapolis and Austin to New Orleans, the Ohio native found a home in Savannah, where he was named the city's Best Chef less than a year after opening the restaurant. Today, his menus pair the freshest ingredients from Georgia farms and coastal waters with flavors inspired by the historic global spice trade, creating a dining experience that's both rooted in the Lowcountry and open to the world.
